Sunday and Weekday Studies

St. John's Education Department offers a variety of studies and study options. Members may choose to participate in groups that select their own topics, or attend sessions chosen and led by the pastors or staff, or do a published independent study. Groups meet Sundays between services and weekday days and evenings. Current study offerings are published in the church newsletter, The Evangel, and in the weekly schedule in Sunday worship bulletins.

Adult Education

Learning is a life-long venture and regular study of God's word is a sign of good discipleship. St. John offers a variety of adult education opportunities. Various forums are offered on Sunday mornings between services. There are small groups offered throughout each month. Refer to the church newsletter, the weekly bulletin, or the calendar to get the most recent updates to the schedule.

New Member Workshops

Designed to introduce new people to St. John Lutheran Church so they might become involved in the mission and ministry, an orientation is usually scheduled in the fall and again in the spring. Please contact us if you need more information or would like to attend.
